Seasonal Crew Member, Crew Leader, and Irrigation Technician positions available with potential for year-round employment.
Seasonal positions run from April to December
Competitive pay rates (experience based)
Overtime available during our peak spring/summer seasons
Family-oriented company – minimal Saturdays during our peak seasons
End of season bonus for those who remain in employment from April to December

Crew Members and Crew Leaders:

Requirements and Responsibilities (varies by position but may include any of the following)

Willingness to work outside in any conditions
Extensive walking
Working on hands and knees
Ability to lift/carry up to 60lbs.
Carry, push, or pull equipment and materials over, up, and down a variety of terrains
Utilize equipment for mowing, weeding, mulching, spring and fall cleanups, hardscaping, etc. (training can be provided)
Willingness to be trained in any or all of these tasks
Assist in any tasks undertaken by the crew

Crew Leaders

Same as the above requirements as well as:

Assist/train crew members in their work
Manage and direct a crew to complete the tasks for each day
Report directly to the supervisor at the beginning and end of each day
Responsibly lead teams by example
Ensure Crew Members conduct themselves respectfully with customers as representatives of the company

Irrigation Technician:

Experience preferred, but willing to fully train the right motivated individual

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Open, maintain, repair, and close irrigation systems
Program various system control panels
Identify, fix, and/or replace broken irrigation parts
Professionally interact with customers and provide clear information as needed
Fill out and submit work orders at the end of the day (apps for this)
Provide top-notch customer service as a representative of the company
Assist in irrigation system installations
Maintain company equipment and vehicles.

Sales and Office Assistant:

We’re currently hiring a full-time Sales and Office Assistant to join our team. This role is shared between our garden center and office, supporting daily sales operations while also handling phone calls and providing general administrative support.
